Chastota offers integration-based energetic work grounded in embodiment, nervous system awareness, and self-agency. Rather than fixing or changing you, the work supports the natural process of regulation and re-organisation when there is enough safety, presence, and space. The work can be subtle or profound, depending on what is needed. It is approached gently, paced with care, and always in service of helping insight settle into the body and into everyday life. Reality, Presence & Self-Responsibility.

At its core, this work is about reality — meeting what is actually here, rather than bypassing it or seeking transcendence. It invites honesty, self-reflection, and a willingness to stay present with yourself as you are. This is not a space for performance or spiritual identity. It is a grounded, relational approach that honours personal responsibility, inner authority, and the courage it takes to look clearly and compassionately at one’s own life.

  • Awakening, Depression & the Path Back to Balance

When we first wake up to the manipulation, corruption, or “evil” in this world, it can feel like the rug has been pulled from under us. Suddenly, everything we thought we knew about life, society, or even ourselves starts to crumble. It’s liberating, yes — but it can also bring on a deep depression that lingers long after the initial shock.

Many people don’t talk about this stage. It’s the heavy weight that comes after awakening — the despair, the grief, the anger, the “what’s the point?” that seeps into our bones. Even when we think we’ve moved past it, often we haven’t. It just shows up in different ways.

    The Subtle Traps After Awakening

Once the illusions fall away, new traps can appear:

Fear & Hopelessness – Seeing only the darkness, convinced everything is corrupt beyond repair.

The Savior Complex – Feeling like it’s our job to wake everyone else up, or save them from themselves.

Blame & Judgment – Growing frustrated with “the sleepers,” believing others aren’t doing their part.

All of these states feel justified in the moment. But if we sit in them too long, they become just another version of the same prison we thought we escaped.

    The Call to Balance

The real test of awakening isn’t just seeing through the lies. It’s asking ourselves: Do we still see the beauty in this world, or only the negative?

Because even in the middle of corruption and control, there is still love, kindness, nature, creativity, and joy. Everything here runs on duality — light/dark, positive/negative, life/death. If we collapse into one side of the polarity, we stay trapped. Balance is what frees us.

Balance means being able to witness the manipulation without being consumed by it. To feel the pain of humanity and still laugh with your friends. To know darkness exists, but to also celebrate the moments of pure beauty that shine through.

    Beyond Duality

For now, this realm is built on duality. But it won’t always be that way. When balance is restored within ourselves and within the collective, the structures that hold duality in place — even cosmic ones, like the influence of the moon — will eventually fall away.

Until then, balance is the bridge. It is the way we stay sovereign, the way we avoid getting pulled into despair or saviorism, the way we prepare for what’s next.

✨ Check in with yourself often. Are you seeing both sides, or are you getting lost in one? Balance is the key.
